The delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This includes the order processing time and shipping time. Processing time for products that are currently in stock is 2 -7 business days. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The Kes Online Store offers flat rate, standard delivery and express delivery. Rates are displayed on checkout.
We ship worldwide except:
- Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- North Korea
As soon as your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package and a link to the carrier's website.
Track your package with your order number and email address used when ordering or the tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours after shipping to be updated.
All orders delivered within the United States have full tracking available. International shipments (shipments outside of the US) are tracked up until departure from the US when they are passed to local mail services. We are unable to track packages when they are passed to local mail services.
If a situation like this occurs, we will ask that you:
1. Make sure that the address is correct
2. Check around your property to see if the package was delivered in unexpected location
3. Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement to you. You can also contact the carrier and file a claim if necessary.

Canada - 5-10 Business Days
Rest of the World - 10-20 Business Days
Trinidad & Tobago and Regionally - 10-20 Business Days*
*We would recommend using a Skybox as items tend to be delayed in Customs. Using a Skybox ensures a faster delivery time and tracking within the carrier country.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns are only done if an item is misprinted, damaged or defective. If something arrives in this condition, please send a photo of the item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Returns can be sent to the address listed on your packing slip.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Note we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honour the cancellation or change. If an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from the printing process and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
