We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders with the Kes Online Store, so follow this FAQ for current updates.
How the Kes Online Store is adapting to Covid-19
The Kes Online Store works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
We are continuing to fulfill orders, although fulfillment time will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 days. Orders may take as much as 15-20 business days to be fulfilled as delays are being felt across our supply chain and industry-wide.
Keep in mind that with longer fulfillment and shipping times, orders might not make it on time for occasions like Mother's Day. Place your orders well in advance!
You can expect shipping delays as more countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.
We don't ship to the following countries: Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Gambia, Guinea - Bissau, Guyana, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, American Samoa, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman islands, Chad, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
We suspect this is temporary until the Covid-19 pandemic is properly managed.
