What happens after I place my order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

How long will my package take to be delivered?

Items that are in stock take about 2-7 business days to be processed.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed on checkout but the
average shipping times (after processing) are as follows:

 USA - 3-5 Business Days

Canada - 5-10 Business Days

Rest of the World - 10-20 Business Days

Trinidad & Tobago and Regionally - 10-20 Business Days*

*We would recommend using a Skybox as items tend to be delayed in Customs. Using a Skybox ensures a faster delivery time and tracking within the carrier country.

Is there a physical store in Trinidad and Tobago?

The Kes Store is online only. Items ship primarily from the USA and other parts of the world based on stock availability.

What kind of shipping options do you offer and what is the cost?

The Kes Online Store offers flat rate, standard delivery and express delivery. Rates are displayed on checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

How do I track my package after it has shipped?

As soon as your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package and a link to the carrier's website.

information can take up to 48 hours after shipping to be updated.

All orders delivered within the United States have full tracking available. International shipments (shipments outside of the US) are tracked up until departure from the US when they are passed to local mail services. We are unable to track packages when they are passed to local mail services.

The tracking info say my package was delivered, but I have not received it

If a situation like this occurs, we will ask that you:

1. Make sure that the address is correct.

2. Check around your property to see if the package was delivered in an unexpected location.

3. Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch." 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement to you. You can also contact the carrier and file a claim if necessary.

How do I return an item?

Returns are only done if an item is misprinted, damaged or defective. If something arrives in this condition, please send a photo of the item(s) to kespeople@gmail.com and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Returns can be sent to the address listed on your packing slip.

How can I exchange an item?

We are unable to exchange items because of the wrong size. Please use the size chart provided or read our reviews for guidance.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at kespeople@gmail.com as soon as possible. Note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honour the cancellation or change. If an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Why does my shirt have a funny smell or a white residue?

Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from the printing process and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
